We have rented from Scott for the last 7 years. The location on a beach block can't be beat and there is nothing better than waking up in the morning and drinking coffee out on the deck with a view of the ocean and listening to the waves crash in the beach. The house is spotless, modern, open and airy, and has all amenities. Scott and Jean are welcoming and responsive owners. We highly recommend staying here!

I have been renting in SIC for years. This condo at 31-84th Street is by far my favorite. The top floor has a wonderful view of the ocean from the front deck which is our favorite gathering place for cocktails and snacks. It also has enough space to entertain our extended family who own homes nearby on the island. They always enjoy stopping by for a visit.
My two daughters and their families look forward to our annual gathering. Since the condo essentially has 3 master bedrooms, the adults have a comfortable place to unwind. The kids also seem to really enjoy the bunk rooms.
The parking is a major plus. We usually have 4 cars. We park one in the garage, two in the driveway, and one on the gravel/stones. It saves a lot of hassle.
The garage also has a fridge which we use for drinks for the beach and for fishing bait. It's my place to store my fishing gear. Since we are so close to the beach, I make multiple trips each day to try my luck. My son in law caught his largest striper on the beach in 2023. I also caught two.
We look forward to our next annual visit.

The week of July 15, 2023 was our 5th year spent at Scott's awesome Sea Isle City beach house. It has the space, amenities, location, etc our family needs to make life long memories at the Jersey Shore. No streets to cross and just 5 houses away from the beach. Scott is always responsive to any issues that may come up. Our 9 grandkids are already asking if we are going to "our" beach house next summer. We are looking forward to adding to these memories in 2024.

This was our first year staying at Scott's property. We absolutely loved our stay. The house was immaculate, fresh and modern. Close walk to the beach. His pride of ownership really shows in every detail. The house is well maintained, and made our stay so pleasurable. The elevator came in handy too. We definitely plan to stay again.
